Buzz Bingo, formerly Gala Bingo, are the largest bingo hall operator in the country and have revealed plans to leave the doors closed of 26 of their halls across the UK. These closures are part of plans to protect the sustainability of the brand following the corona-virus lock down affecting the leisure and entertainment industry. Every day from 1/3/2021 to 25/3/2021 in Castle and City Rooms (19.30 -20 30 UK time). Tickets price €0.50 - €1. Max 90 tickets per player/game.

Gala Bingo Background And History
Gala Bingo blame the closure of their Leven club directly blamed on the government’s 7% bingo tax increase. Commentators have noted however, that at the time of the closure announcement, there may have been other influencing factors.
Built in the ‘Art Deco’ style, the building was originally a cinema which was taken overt by the Kingsway Bingo Club, and later the Gala Bingo Club.
